Our business office staff members are here Monday - Friday between 8:00 am & 5:00 pm for all Registration, Pre-Registration, and Billing assistance.

To schedule an appointment or procedure, please call our Central Scheduling department at (888) 894-2115 Monday - Friday between 7:00 am & 5:00 pm.

All Outpatient Surgery scheduling is handled by your physician's office.

It is important that your services at Twin Cities Hospital are accurately and efficiently provided, therefore when registering for services we ask that you bring the following items with you to the hospital:

  • Social Security Card
  • Picture Identification
  • All Active Insurance Cards
  • Physician Orders

Address and phone numbers of persons to notify in case of ermergency

All information will be held in strict confidence.

We ask that you leave items such as large amounts of cash, jewelry, etc. at home or with a family member.

Inpatient Information

In addition to the general documents needed for registration, if you have documents such as Advance Directives, Healthcare Surrogate, Living Will, and Power of Attorney, please bring a copy with you to be placed in your medical record. The Registrar and/or a Nurse will inquire if you have these documents and you will be asked to sign a form confirming your answers.

If your admission to the hospital is Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:00am – 4:00pm, the Business Office Registrar will assist you through the admissions process. After entering the hospital’s main lobby, the Business Office is located in the first door on the right. Inform the Volunteer or Information staff at the information desk that you are to be admitted and they will assist you to the registration area in the Business Office.

If your doctor has instructed you to report directly to the Nurse’s station, please ask a family member to bring the documents needed to the Business Office.

If you arrive at the hospital after 4:00 p.m or on a weekend, the Emergency Room Registrar will assist you through the admissions process. The Emergency Room Registrar is located in the Emergency Room entrance, first door on the right.
